Adopt the supine start position. Exhale as you lengthen the back of your neck and nod your head forward curling your upper body, as you straighten one knee, with your foot pointing towards the ceiling. Keep the back of your lower ribcage in contact with the floor, with your head relaxed into your hands. Do not allow your abdominals to bulge.
