Lie on your side, with your head resting on a pillow. Keep good posture, and maintain a neutral spine. Place a spikey ball under the side of your arm pit. Gently massage between your shoulder blade and arm pit. Stretch your arm out to create a stronger stretch. This exercise is for the latissimus dorsi.
